Apply for broker access and manage your profile

Apply to list as a broker, wait for City review, and keep your public profile current.

Open broker application

Apply

  1. Open Broker access in the More menu, or apply for broker access from the sign-in page.
  2. Complete Apply for broker access with your contact details, company, license and service areas.
  3. Submit. You can sign in, and the Broker workspace shows Your application is under review.

Applying creates a broker account that is pending. It does not show you in the directory or give access to any property until the City approves it.

City review

City staff approve or decline the application in their workspace. Once approved you appear in the public broker directory, and staff can assign you to properties. See Manage users and brokers.

Keep your profile current

In the Broker workspace, open Public profile to update your company, phone and Service areas. Changes to your own profile are saved directly; changes to a listing go through City review.
