For brokers

Work with assigned properties and inquiries

Reply to inquiries about your assigned properties and propose listing changes for City review.

Before you start

An approved broker account, assigned to the property by the City.

Assigned properties

The Broker workspace lists your Assigned properties. The City decides assignments; you can't add a property yourself. The primary broker is the contact shown on the public page.

Reply to inquiries

Anyone can send an inquiry from a property page that has an assigned broker; no account is needed. It arrives under Inquiries in your workspace, with New inquiries counted at the top.

  1. Open the inquiry.
  2. Use Write a reply and send it.
  3. Close the inquiry when the conversation is finished.

You can only see and answer inquiries for properties you are actively assigned to.

Propose a listing revision

  1. Choose Propose listing changes for an assigned property.
  2. Change Availability, the Availability note or the Marketing description.
  3. Optionally add a Note to City reviewer, then choose Propose changes for review.

The revision appears under Proposed changes as awaiting review. The public page doesn't change until City staff approve it. Staff may approve, decline or request changes, with a note. You can withdraw a pending revision.
