Stages and milestones

Each project page shows its current stage, such as proposed, under review, approved, in progress, completed, on hold or withdrawn, and a list of milestones marked completed, current or expected. See Status labels.

"Approved" on a project reflects what the City recorded for that project. SRR does not issue approvals or permits.

Published updates

City staff publish dated updates on a project or property. The latest appear on the homepage under Latest updates and on the record itself.

Follow a project

Choose Follow on the project page. You'll need to sign in if you haven't. New updates then appear in My Richmond. See Follow information in My Richmond.
