For City staff
Manage users and brokers
Invite staff, change roles and status, review broker applications, assign brokers and review listing revisions.
Before you start
A City staff account. Some steps need an administrator, as noted.
Users
Users lists every account, filterable by role: Public, Brokers and City staff. Search by name or email to see when someone joined and last signed in. Administrators can change a role or set an account's status, for example to suspend it.
Invite City staff
Choose Invite City staff and enter a Full name and Work email. Only administrators can invite. The invitation is sent by email, so it needs configured email delivery.
Review broker applications
In Brokers, open Applications. Check Contact and license, then choose Approve application, or Decline application with a Reason for declining. An approved broker can later be suspended with a Reason for suspension, and reinstated.
Assign a broker to a property
- Open the broker from the Directory.
- In Assigned listings, choose a Property to assign.
- Mark the assignment Primary if this broker should be the contact on the public page.
Only approved brokers can be assigned. Removing an assignment immediately stops the broker's access to that property's inquiries and revisions.
Review a proposed listing change
Open Listing revisions. Each one shows Current and Proposed values and the Broker note. Add a Review note, then approve, decline or request changes. Approving applies the change to the property; until then the public page is unchanged.
