Image and scenario classifications
How to read image types, height scenarios and illustrative site studies.
Image types
- Verified site photo: staff have confirmed it shows the site.
- Illustrative: shows the kind of place or idea, not necessarily this site. New uploads start here.
- Location preview: a map or aerial view of the recorded location.
Each image also shows its source or attribution. Sample records use illustrative and location preview images only.
Height scenarios
Low, medium and high scenarios store a range of storeys. The diagram draws them on one shared scale. Site intensity marks the option that matches the site's recorded development intensity, which is separate from its zoning code. None of it is a recommendation or a verified capacity.
Illustrative studies
Drawings labelled Illustrative study are planning illustrations. Massing, where shown, reflects a stored scenario. A study is not a design, an approval or a surveyed boundary.
